Endure: Vagary

Endure: Vagary was the sixteenth season of Endure ORG, running from February 15 to April 3, 2026. The season featured 28 players competing across four starting tribes — Sarsa, Lora, Elman, and Keras — in a game defined by its unique mechanical twists and one of the most competitive final threes in Endure history.

The season introduced the Final Shot twist, giving every player a one-time idol that entered a randomizer when played simultaneously. The Dying Wish mechanic granted immunity to whoever the eliminated player voted for on their way out, creating a chain of protection that influenced nearly every tribal council. Seven Trinkets were hidden throughout the pre-merge game, their true purpose — granting double votes at the climactic Mergeatory round — kept secret until Episode 10. The ten players holding trinkets voted at both back-to-back tribal councils while everyone else cast just one vote between both tribals, sending Ty to the jury in a shocking blindside, which caused the losing side to retaliate with a blindside back on Sam next.

The post-merge was defined by Rae Ann Arragotti’s relationships with both Megan Baron and Andrew Fahim. Despite having a target on her head and a reputation as a threat, she consistently avoided elimination through a combination of Dying Wish protection, a well-timed Final Shot play, and loyal allies in Andrew Fahim and Megan Baron. At Final Tribal Council, the jury deadlocked 4-4 between Rae Ann and Megan, forcing Andrew — who received zero jury votes — to cast the deciding ballot. He voted for his closest ally, Rae Ann, giving her a 5-4 victory.
